had a quarrel with my brothers and so left home. I had been in
Surinam before coming to Fiji. I worked in Surinam for about six
years and then returned to India with a saving of seven pounds.
Surinam was very much better than Fiji.
I shared this money with my kinsmen
in India. But I did not enjoy living in my homeland after my return,
hence I left for Fiji.
